Core Program
Mentorship & Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer
This program centers elders, cultural mentors, and instructors as professional educators and knowledge holders.
We create structured mentorship pathways where traditional knowledge is passed responsibly from one generation to the next.
Program activities include:
To work with tradition is not to repeat the past, but to protect its meaning for the future
Cross-Cultural Mentorship Exchange
Mentorship is recognized as essential cultural labor, supported through institutional and grant-based funding.
